Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for our web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate is creative, user-focused, and passionate about creating exceptional user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Develop and maintain design systems.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong understanding of usability and design principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with user research methodologies.
- Knowledge of Agile development processes.
