Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the development of complex web applications, guiding technical architecture decisions and ensuring best practices across the development lifecycle. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of full-stack development, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is passionate about delivering high-quality products

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of web applications, from concept to deployment.
• Architect, design, and implement new features, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend developers, to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications through rigorous testing and performance tuning.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends, tools, and frameworks.
• Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation within the team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production and development environments.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (React, Node.js) or Python (Django), with proven experience in building web applications.
• Experience with frontend frameworks and backend technologies.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs to connect frontend to backend services.
• Knowledge of web architecture, optimization, and testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation testing.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks like Jest and Mocha.
